Journey of ISO14001 certification

 

SSCB has been certified with ISO 14001:2015 by SIRIM QAS International Sdn. Bhd. on 17th December 2019. The organization aims to minimize environmental impacts associated with its business activities, products and services. In doing so, the organization has implemented its Environmental Management System (EMS), and is committed to;

 

• Continual assessment to mitigate and minimize environmental impact in existing and new businesses and its activities.

 

• Adopting continuous improvement in waste management and waste generation in line with Reduce, Reuse or Recycle (3Rs) as part of our journey towards Operational Excellence.

 

• Committing to statutory and regulatory requirements and adopting best practices, where possible towards business sustainability.

 

• Continual reviews of procedures and processes of existing active and passive mitigatory control measures for normal and abnormal operations.
